I’m so pleased with this finished sweater. it is EXACTLY what I wanted.
The tweed yarn has worked up so lovely.
The colour is my perfect blue.
The pattern was a dream, I followed it as written apart from lengthening the body by approx 1.5inches.
If you are looking for a comfy warm sewatshirt type jumper, then this is the one.
I will most definately be knitting another, ossibly in some cotton yarn for a less warm option.
I love it, I really do, the yarn (even though its acrylic) has made a lovely soft fabric. There was a bit of itch for me when i first put it on, but by lunch time I wasn’t feeling any irritation and it was just soooo comfy.

I’m really glad to have this project finished. It had started to drag on a bit into the year too much for my liking.
The pattern is a great option for an advent, you could use either a 10 or 20g set for this pattern along with a small amount of a contrast colour.
The mosaic pattern was easy to follow and has blocked out really evenly. just remember to keep the tension quite loose on the slip stiches so the fabric doesnt bunch.
